Project manager | Site manager GC (m|f|d)

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for and supervise our diverse construction projects - from planning through to turnkey completion of the construction project.
• You will develop the projects together with the architects and specialist planners, invite tenders for subcontractor services and coordinate the planners and contractors involved.
• You will manage and coordinate our construction sites with enthusiasm.

• You will monitor costs, deadlines and, in particular, quality during construction

   

Your skills and experience

You have basic training in construction as a structural draughtsman or carpenter. Ideally, you have completed further training to become a timber construction technician, master craftsman, architect or civil engineer. Open and friendly contact with customers and authorities is part of your everyday life You are flexible and can also contribute and assert yourself positively and competently in challenging situations.
